Are You Saying It's Not as Relational?

The idea that you might be able to have a workplace environment where it's not as relational, are you saying that it's, oh, we're not as connected to our colleagues? Or are you saying it's truly like independent work where I'm even not even collaborating with the people I'm alongside? Well, it's a great question and there's no one answer to that. But let me tell you what prompted this. We were at our company Christmas party and we had a visitor with us who was really moved by what we had as a firm and how we connected as a team. And she has no concept of this. It really bummed her out because she doesn't experience this
