The dangers of an ordinary night, a true nail biter. They're saying, where'd the idea for this come from? Well, you know, as a writer, and i know your writers that listen to your programme, really know that sometimes you're getting ideas from a bunch of different places,. And suddenly those ideas collide, and you know you've got something. I would say that i knew i was going to write a novel that was set in the theatre, because the theatre is really important to me. But at the same time, i also wanted to writing a novel about the impact of a diction on families, particularly on mar in parenting. So they weren't two separate ideas
