Ogate is the founder of the har children's zone, and basically turned around education in harlem. When he first came to New York 20 years ago, it was a complete disaster with open drug dealing on the streets. President bama wanted to adopt kind of exactly what you did in nharlem, and started these promised neighborhoods.
