The Importance of Simplicity in Music

I find there's a pretentiousness to Led Zeppelin, whereas with Sabbath, they don't give a fuck. And as he is really silly as a person and his lyrics are silly and there's an authenticity to Sabbath that it's like Tony Aome loves playing guitar,. I love the fact that because he's missing fingers, there's a simplicity. But simplicity is beautiful. Simplicity is great. There's an authentic simplicity to Sabbath that I can really relate to. You have real synesthesia. Very much, yeah. And I find that certain tonalities are reflected in nature. When you first heard them, what was your reaction? What was the first song that you heard?
