The FCC and the Valley Arcade
The Valley Arcade was introduced in mid-78. It didn't actually start shipping out any of these units until the very end of 77. In 1980, just a few weeks into the year, Bally announces that they are looking to offload this machine to somebody else. They talk with a couple of companies and finally the one that takes it up is Astrovision.
