Design C a Doesn't Start Early Enough?
Designers need to understand the development work floor a lot better. We shouldn't wait for developers to come and talk to them, says Arsmith. Every design file that's shared by designers is always public channel where engineers are present. In arsmith's case, every time a developer checks in code does a deplop review created. And similarly, the engineering plan is very clearly visible to designers so they're aware of when should they expect ye not deploy prevy or some work.
