Vanguard said those of you who want into these lower cost funds can get in there now with a lower minimum investment so a bunch of 401ks and pensions basically said sure, we'll take the lower expense ratio. And when they did that they sold their shares and so what did Vanguard had to do they had to sell a bunch of shares of stock that are in that fund. So, what happens with the capital gains from those shares, they got to be passed on to the remaining investors so the remaining investors which in this case turned out to be the small investors were left holding the bag, which was a dirty trick I thought from Vanguard.
