Soft bank has been selling its ali baba hares into prepaid forward contracts at a record pace. The big impact will come in two years time, when they'll be flooding the market with huge number of alibaba shares if they don't buy em back. As people are more vocal about their opinions, these opinions that they once might have saved for drinks with their friends in the evening are now spilling over into management problems. SoftBank has raised as much as $22bn in cash from deals that would sharply reduce its stake in Alibaba over the coming years, Iran and western powers resume talks this week over the floundering 2015 nuclear accords, and as political polarisation reaches into the workplace companies must manage conflicts among employees while striving for sensitivity and diversity.
