How to Break a Bad Habit

RJ: There has to be a fundamental willingness to do whatever it takes to shift. I would say that we have to get very clear on what or who our idealized self looks like. We have to become future orientated to the extent that who we want to become is stronger than who we are today. For me, physicality is the best and clearest pathway to personal transformation. If you don't know where the target is or where to hang and what you're moving towards, you won't sustain that path.
