The Future of Healthcare

The pandemic has had a lot of effects on people burn out in particular, but there's another effect that I think we talk a lot less about. We can't really talk about the future of how the healthcare system evolves without thinking about the actual workforce. What's interesting and maybe not surprising is that we've seen a lot more people applying and matriculating into healthcare programs.
