So right now I have programmed myself that after lunch, when I eat, I haveProgramed myself the first thing I do is chocolate covered almonds or dark chocolate chips. It's not an overdoing, but I've trained my body. And I am just aware as I smile at myself and have a little handful that I've trained myself to want that.
