HTTPX: A Work in Progress

HTTPX is a new version of requests that does all the same slice of stuff as it. I think folks kind of coming to it now and digging into the code base will be able to get a handle on. But, you know, we've kind of been stuck in this place where there's just this one entity as backed onto URL of three. It would be nice for us to freshen up on all that again.
