You Know, You're Not Afraid of Listening and Being Empathetic
There are so many people who can be plugged into the overall sort of cybersecurity programming risk management industry that don't necessarily need to have all the certifications. And like you said, you're not afraid of talking to people at an extended basis and listening and being empathetic could really get you far. Some people they like to call this talent a soft skill. I think whoever came up with that term hasn't spent time around technologists because it seems to be way harder than the word.
