The Importance of Self Awareness

We're creating a positive self fulfilling prophecy, more or less. And it starts with the mind and how we start to how we see ourselves and how we see these situations. Casey just put a note in the in the chat that she was told she was too confident when at 12 years old - I don't know why anybody would tell anybody they're too confident but okay. So, what what does that do to her? Is there somewhere in the back of Casey's mind that she thinks there is such a thing as being too confident)? We have to let go of that and we have to replace that with that's not true, or that or confidence is a good thing.
