I Love Doing the Dishes

Cultural traditions around the world have come up with different ways to do this, which is kindo and that itself is cool to explore. Modern versions of these techniques are, for me, a weeding the garden is is how i do this. There's something really just calming about being in contact with nature and plants and outside. I also like extreme exercise such as interval sprinting on the treadmill. That really gets me into a good state. But even simple things, sometimes doing the dishes is really relaxing. Theres sothing, warm water. A good game of tennis will do that too.
