McNamara's Incremental Approach to Leadership

I wrote a book called leadership strategy and tactics. In that book I write about something called the the iterative decision-making process meaning hey We take a little step in this direction, then we see what the results are. And it's the way I always made decisions, you know, I don't need to make a big giant decision like McNamara or Johnson did. Because the key component of me making a small decision is to pay attention to the feedback and make adjustments when it doesn't work.
