The Three Tenets of Remote Workplace Culture

There are two types of companies. There's remote first and remote forced. If you're in a Zoom call eight hours a day, you're getting slack notifications on your phone at 9 p.m. This is exactly counter to deliberate over communication. The second one is what I like to call democratized workflows. And the third is detailed metrics. My publisher wanted me to call them that, but I think it's kind of stupid.
