The Importance of Being the Only Voice in the Room
I think that one of the things with this, I love the metaphor of the elevator, but sometimes it makes you think that you have to be at the top floor before you can sort of send the elevator back down. But thinking about, okay, what are the barriers that keep people from getting in? What can we do to dismantle that barrier? Exactly. See other people as part of a collaborative cohort of creativity that's going to take the world by storm,. not as competitors who are all seeking to get to the same place and have to drag each other down in any way.
