Sport Sites and Setups - It's a Real Challenge
I'm interested on Marsha doing his role and giving feedback and stuff like that. feel hard work can feel clunky but it makes your job so much easier when you know what conversations you really can step into. I think there's a real challenge operating within sporting environments where time is tight sometimes of booking somebody into somebody as if to say I'm gonna make you better today by doing this. It becomes quite a difficult conversation rather than one that is nearly generated from the player himself.
