How to Use Reaper to Debug an API

It really depends on your company. PIP is pretty good, especially if you're doing deployments off of it. Do you recommend having like an internal private package server? It's kind of the Netflix or Amazon approach to software engineering and it works really well. More like a service oriented architecture, but at the API level.
