Is YNAB Getting This Category Wrong for This Payee?

The ability to not have a payee automatically categorized is huge. It's so much better because I don't know why it's not a big deal to build. Just just change what comes up, that'd be really good. But there's something more satisfying when it's just an unknown payee.
