How to Land on the March Deadline
Sometimes I feel like a lack of a sense of urgency can be can manifest as the desire to reduce scope so much that we take come of the magic away from what we're intending to deliver. And so then you don't actually realize your intent. So I think that's the tension that design and engineering probably have all the time is you're responsible for working. And I'm responsible for carving out something that people want to use. There's always that back and forth. And frankly design always does reach too far. That's a healthy reach. And and brings it back to earth.That's good to buy them finding that balance there.
