If you find something that has 100,000 users and they're all active, you might not have any luck if you email first name at app.com. That founder may just have too many emails. They may just be too busy. In that case, you probably want to use the app, become a paying customer. Maybe there's like a separate support line for paying customers. Once you become a customer or user, you get subscribed to the newsletter. And if you reply to the newsletter, they will be more nice to you.
