A federal judge in Texas blocked the FDA's approval of Mepheperstone a safe effective medicine it's one of two medications that together are known as the abortion pill. The ruling threatens to take Mep heperstone away in every single u.s. state compromising access to care even whether right to abortion is protected. A group of American anti gay conservative evangelical activists who traveled to Africa travel to Uganda for a big anti gay conference that year and while these Americans were at that conference they spoke to a group that included legislators from Uganda.
