The spectrum is incredibly broad. It targets Canada, Aspergillus, Diomorphic, Sciasporium, Trichosporin and Cryptococcus. And ultimately, what this does is it prevents adherence to a host mucosal or epithelial surfaces. So even though you might not see in vitro activity, it still might prevent or help treat infection. The one thing I want to add though is I think there could be the potential for cytokine P450 interactions.
