A Ghost Town in Tolteka, Ukraine
Tolteka was home too somewhere between five and 800 thousand people at its height. It is a huge neighbourhood built for the cities industrial workers and their families. The vast majority of those people fled during the onset of either the invasion or the aerial bombardment that followed. And what that left was like, you said, a kind of ghost town in insulta a, except there are people living there.
