The Failure of the Shingles Vaccine
Daniel: The current vaccine is a protein based vaccine. It's almost like a novevex for shingles. And it has varying degrees of efficacy, right? So the overall efficacy that we suggest is about 85%. But then maybe this is easy to remember. Only about 80% if you're over 80, right? Daniel: You go into this world with a 50% chance that you're going to have shingles after chickenpox.
