How Much Do You Carry Personal Real Estate Debt?
According to bank rate, the average mortgage balance as of September of 2022. What's the average value of a single family house in America? Oh, I can do that. While you're doing that, I'm going to tell you what percentage of our clients do not carry any personal real estate debt at all. The main number doesn't matter if you have millions of dollars in debt. If your net worth is big enough to sustain your spending and you pay everything off like your net Worth is what tells a story, not your debt number.
