The History of Pompeii
Pompeii was a great centre for producing sticky fish sauce. People were contributing to the sort of trade and market by growing things such as fakes, fakes very, very popular in Pompeii - Hank-Celanium. The averages were grown here about a century before the eruption. But then it was superseded by industries elsewhere, so particularly in Bylochloria in southern Spain. So Pompeii's industry in that area kind of wane.
