Civilians can get health care too, as long as tey're paying for it wit their insurance. A number ofthe v s o hate that, of course, cause ther there they worry about whether that undermines the sort of political legitimacy of the va helth care system. But to me, the real, huge problem in the room is the benefit side, not the helth care side. I don't know why keep explaining tha basic principle to the lattetiwell, it will end.
