The Importance of Saying No

A lot of English speakers that move to Spain start doing this no adding it like you said at the end of sentences and it sounds really weird if you go back to the UK. It's something that we pick up from Spanish speakers but I like it it's much easier as a motivation. One of the some music that I listen to in Spanish that helps me learn uh is holly oglissiousOkay okay but if a guilty pleasure I have to say okay I don't really like admitting it but I've already said it on my podcast so it's it's gone anyway.
