i wrestled in high school, so i knew i wanted something grappling. And what led me to jijitsu was the fact that it has the lowest injury rate relative to all the other o - even though you still spar alive. It's on them to tap, so they can make everything stop at any point in time. That tap is a beautiful thing because it allows you to spar live, spar with a real aggressor coming at you, and still end it with some type of safety. The other traditional martial arts tend to have a much higher injury rate. You would think it's kind of the opposite ight, where i'm constantly extending someone's limbs too far. But it
