What do you hope are the main takeaways for someone listening to your opinions on whether or not american foreign policy is broken? That was our initial question, and also how we can go about solving that. Finally, i think it's important, onn a hopeful note, to say that structurally, the system has survived for a very long time. And while there's new informal structure on top of it,  we see the institution still working fairly effectively. We see congress providing a good deal of oversight on the trump presidency. We see the courts weighing in fair regularly.
