I used to be all about Instagram and I was trying to like, you know, build a following there before I started the podcast. But I kind of traded that in for the podcast, which I feel like is producing maybe more positive fruit for me personally. We are all a little bit sick and we may not even realize it. It's just that we happen to be so connected now."
