The Big Bang and the Future of Science

There's still lots to learn out there, thank goodness. We have no idea about most of how the fabric of the universe works. There is a motivation to look for gravitational waves because if they do propagate between these different universes, it may give us insights into those universes. It may well be that this is just one of many universes. Why it popped into existence, we don't know. One theory was that if you have black holes which are drawing a material in one universe,. perhaps they're spewing it out through an entity known as a white hole into another universe.
