The Importance of Details in Stories

A good friend in Budapest, Hungary had just lost her father a few months ago. After the usual messages back and forth via chat, Renuka decided to send her some chocolate, a note and a paper origami crane. The first line seems to be pretty fine but the second line has a lot of detail. It's impossible to tell what is useful and what is not. And that is what happens when we tell our stories. We can't necessarily tell what's relevant and what's not.
