ABI Discussions in the Committee

We have more ABI lock in problems than the other implementations do because we allow people to deploy the libraries themselves. So like we can't add new exports from our own library because, um, somebody could have already deployed an older copy of the library next to their Xe. We've been able to work around this by adding like a war of DLLs. That's why on lots of Linux distros, your only options are GCC and lives to C++ or something outside of toy example.
