Using Common Thinking Tools in a Product Setting
Here i've created a mind map of common thinking tools, and i view it as the p m tool box rit that i 've found useful and that are applicable in a product setting. The way i think about these, there are four high level buckets. These could also be segmented based on which stage of the product life cycle you might find use for these. There's no one size fit sol mental model, and what you choose to use would depend on what it is that you're trying to do in a given situation.
