Eucranians Are Beginning to Build Capacity to Conduct Counter Attacks

The russian forces still do not have the ability to conduct fire and manoeuvre in close combat with defending enemy. Eucranians, on the other hand, are beginning to build capability that will allow them to take some of these local counter attacks and transition them into counter offensives. The town to watch for that is carson, where they are focusing a large part of their counter attack efforts, and are making some gains. Appear to be making some preparations by attacking a bridge that is a ky supply line to the russians who are in control of kerson at the moment.
