Trick Yourself Into Physical Engagement

The key to success is tricking yourself into physical engagement before your mind can frick you out. If i really want to do yoga, i put on my yoga pants. I still don't feel like it, so whether i go to the bar or do yoga depends pretty much on what i wear. Those are the master keys i need to be motivated and inspired. And i need to feel confidence of capability, that i can do it.
