New Year's Deal for Clients, Yes?

i wanted to be able to work everyone, so decided to offer a sliding scale. My top rate was 300 dollars an hour, and still is my top rate,. But now i let my client choose between one and 300 dollars per hour. The new year's deal is, i'm offering two hours. If you buy two hours, you get the third hour free at 100 dollars perhour. So basically, you're getting three hours for 200 bucks.
