We've been trying to develop an aids vaccine for forty years and still don't have oner. Are we suggesting we'd lock the world down for forty years? Anybody really want to think about that? We can't count on what we don't yet have. And so we need to do the best we can with what we have, and then, if we develop new resources, make optima use them.
