LZ Granderson: Feel your feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them is sort of how I would put it. Or being able to choose when you're expressing a certain kind of emotion to somebody as opposed to feeling just wrapped up in the cascade of it. LZ: Ask yourself, what are you wanting? And maybe what has been frustrated? What is an unmet, unfulfilled want related to a need that has been thwarted here? That is a great way to become more regulating of emotion.
