The Three Great Ways to Practice the Math

The first and the three great ways is simply to be with what's there. In the process of being with your own mind it often changes but you're not trying to change it directly. The second great way to practice is to prevent or decrease or abandon entirely with some problematic, unwise, painful, harmful thoughts. And then the third great way topractice is to cultivate the good. It's to grow compassion, mindfulness, gratitude, grit, resilience, self-worth, confidence, happiness,. All three are important. Hard-Wearing Happiness in particular focuses on the third of those, the cultivation aspects of practice in Sanskrit and Bhavana.
