How to Create a Successful Internship Program

The duration of the internships range from as little as seven to eight weeks to as long as 16 weeks. The amount of time that we spend on different topics may vary depending on the length of time that they're there, but the sequence of how we do thing and the overall material that we cover is consistent with every student that comes in. And it's just a matter of providing them more autonomy and providing them more larger interaction with patients.
