Midtown East: A New Headquarters for JP Morgan Chase
The three billion US dollar new headquarters for JP Morgan Chase, 270 park avenue. The 423 meter super tall is going to be taller than the Empire State building and dwarf the nearby Chrysler building. It's obscene to be quite honest. There's everything you could imagine. Foster and partners designed a step back profile which kind of nods back to art deco skyscrapers of the early 20th century.
