I saw heroes face transform in that moment. Andrew used words that shaped his behavior instead of shamed it. He told them what to start doing instead of what to stop doing. And he reinforced the desired behavior instead of the dreaded vehicle. I think this, a bit of a movement where people would start teaching this in schools and people would start having not just workshops but coaching inside the workplace. That's what he hope this book does and gives him the language to do it. Mother Teresa said the world is full of good people. And be one.
