Eight Years Old at a Talent Show?

At eight years old at my elementary school talent show was the first time I was so what happened afterwards, the teachers pull you aside students pull you aside. And then they sat all the acts on the little kids in the front two rows and sit with your parents. So I was sitting there just panicked. Like I can't imagine dead time, right? The pregnant silence that every comic fears right as an eight-year-old.
