"The time to buy is 20, 30 I think that's sort of an under-promised maybe over-deliver but essentially you know it's going to be in areas that have the infrastructure that can actually fuel the cars so they are dependent upon that infrastructure being built," he says. "This just is sort of inevitable that people have to start at the same time both taking the risk that the other isn't going to catch up or it will be a bit slower than they like"
