The US Is the Native Home of the Internet and the Regulators Are Trying to Figure Out Where to Draw the Line

I don't know if all of them will meet the standard of being a security under US law unfortunately yeah it's messy for them for the regulators they're trying to figure out. The collateral damage that happens with crypto and people getting scammed out of money because they are duped into believing Terra Luna is a good place for their savings I think that collateral damage is offset by the strategic the geopolitical significance of being innovation friendly for this.
